The driver of the vehicle is an alexandria, virginia man. He was arrested for driving on a revoked license. We now know the name of the 7yearold boy killed in Prince Georges County in a horrific crash. The boy died at the hospital after a motorcycle crashed into a car, then left the road and plowed into people waiting on the sidewalk.
