The Kerala High Court has stayed the NGT order setting aside the environmental clearance granted by the SIEAA for the Taurus Downtown Trivandrum project in a non-Special Economic Zone (SEZ).
The interim order staying the NGT order will be for a period of one month. The order was issued considering a writ petition filed by the Dragonstone Realty Private Limited. Notices have also been issued to the parties of the writ petition.
