Eastbound right near conshohocken. You can see all of this backup coming off of 476 as you merge on to 76 eastbound headed into center city, philadelphia. This is because police have reduced it to one lane around. Just ahead of here, theres a disabled tractortrailer on the shoulder, but it has a fuel spill associated with that, so police are trying to get that tractortrailer out of there, clean up this fuel from the road, so they have traffic just getting by one lane around that. And you can see the backup, and obviously, the drive time, 76 into center city, is accounting for that. But fortunately, 95 at cottman avenue, a typical trouble spot. This is associated with the clipper main low missing up to the north its up over lake erie. This is an arctic front that trails behind it. Patches of freezing rain and some wet snowflakes mixed in there and you do want to be careful in bucks county, northern Montgomery County and all those other areas up through allentown and out through reading for some possible icy patches this morning, okay, definitely slow going up in that direction.
