More traffic news. New from overnight, Philadelphia Police are looking for the driver who hit a bicycle rider and took off. You can see the mangled bike at 52nd and spruce in west philadelphia. The man riding the bike was taken to the hospital and hes listed in critical condition. Police are checking surveillance cameras for any images of the driver and the car. 5 31 and 55 degrees outside.
