Now police did focus their attention on a suv that was also parked on i95, still in the roadway. We dont know if the second body was found in the car or also on the highway, we do know that one body was found, near the suv. Now state troopers also focused their attention further down the highway that was a short time ago, traffic has been crawling on this portion of the northbound lanes, and troopers are still out here, in fact, just moments ago more Pennsylvania State troopers did arrive. When police made that discovery they say the man pulled away from detectives and then started running. When police made that discovery they say the man pulled away from detectives and then started running. Moments later he reached for the gun from his waist band as he turned his body towards the detectives. Two trenton officers discharged their firearms and the man was struck. The man running and shot by police collapsed in the back of a home along pennington avenue. Authorities were able to recover a handgun in a nearby yard and say no officers were injured during this event but that in the chaos of things the other men who police had stopped, they were able to flee the scene. And were told the man shot by police here was transported to Capitol Health Regional Medical center where he is currently being treated for his injuries.
