A fire destroyed the plastic shed that contained tools, flames started to spread to the walls of the church but an alert neighbor called firefighters who were able to keep the flames from engulfing the sanctuary. Inspected this morning. You could see a 10yearold boy rushing down the 80 degrees drop of the emmer auld plunge and then careening on to the concrete. When you look at slide from ground level you see the sides were not very tall. City leaders wanted to make it clear the third slide that we talked about earlier that was shut down has nothing to do with the Safety Investigation related to the other two. They are simply a gage not properly working. That is park owned by the city of dublin and they have said it got lots of testing and retesting before opening yesterday and cal osha gave it the green light but the inspectors were back again today and joined by representatives of the slide manufacturer on monday morning.
