The Beijing-Xiong Expressway is open to traffic, and the fifth ring road in the southwest of Beijing to Xiong'an can be reached within 1 hour. The whole line adopts two-way eight lanes, with a design speed of 100km/h from the Fifth Ring Road to the main line toll station. The Jingxiong Bridge set a new record for the single-span span of a bridge in Beijing. The section from the sixth ring road to the city boundary in Beijing has been opened for operation at the end of 2022.
