The breaking news weve been telling you about all morning, this is about the hospital worker in texas who has tested positive for ebola after treating thomas duncan. The head of the centers for Disease Control said in a report this morning that the diagnosis shows a clear breach of safety protocol. But a hospital said in a News Conference within the past hour, hour and a half that the worker was following the cdcs recommendations while caring for duncan who died on wednesday. This individual was following full cdc precautions, which are gown, glove, mask, and shield. The workers condition is stable right now.

Start you with Storm Tracker 6 live double scan, not a lot of rain, a sprinkle over the delaware bay perhaps pushing up into Cumberland County. We have to wait until later today for this line to push slowly toward the east and then eventually we will see some rain here. You can see that its a large system. Again, moving toward the east rather slowly. Well probably be on the lookout for the first precipitation to march up through the Chesapeake Bay but it will be later tonight that this main line pushes through the region and in both cases we could see some heavy downpours. Satellite and radar showing you not only the cloud cover thicker out to the west but also that heavier rain coming in and we are expecting some of that to arrive later this morning.
