So, a point that i want to make here is that a lot of our time is not valued if we are not respected as workers. And a lot of the cases we show up to work, and then the employer decides that maybe they dont need us any more and so we lose that time that day that could be invested somewhere else. So my question is given if that we wash dishes and we clean the floors and the stores and does that mean that our time is less valuable . So whether, full time or part time workers we deserve equal treatment.
