To begin, id like to recognize two new legislators, first, doug bartel, i appointed doug to replace don hager has a district 10 representative. Doug spent his career in Law Enforcement, including ten years as sioux falls chief of police. He was here for the budget address, but lets welcome him again. Doug, where are you . Welcome. Mike is an attorney and an experienced legislator having served three terms in the 80s and 90s. I really appreciate his willingness to serve especially on just such short notice.
