COLUMBIANA COUNTY MUNICIPAL LISBON A Dec. 21 preliminary hearing was set for Codey A. Mobley, 26, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, charged with burglary, a second-degree felony, and domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. Mobley is additionally scheduled for arraignment today on a second-degree felony charge of escape and two counts of resisting arrest. He is currently being held in the jail on $100,000 cash or surety bond and was ordered to have no contact with Sarah Berdine or to go to Independence Square in Wellsville. Austin A. Angeli, 33, Jefferson Avenue, Salem, was found competent to stand trial and waived his right to a preliminary hearing for a first-degree felony burglary charge and a misdemeanor assault charge. Angeli was previously ordered to have no contact with anyone from a Vine Avenue, Salem, address.
