At 8 30 tonight, a chp officer driving north radioed in sing he had just hit and killed a pedestrian. The man was a 74yearold filipino man, staff said that he had just finished leave the he was trying to leave the restaurant when he was struck by a patrol car and officers say that this is a call they never want to get. It is the last call you want to hear. They said that the officers should have dash camera or body camera video. They are still trying to figure out how and why this happened.
