One of San Antonio s newest downtown restaurants is offering a deal for locals.  Domingo Restaurant, which opened in April in the Canopy by Hilton hotel, honors local legends on every Friday from 5 p.m. to close.  Chef Arturo Treviño, whose most recent work was for local Omni hotels, is at the helm. The menu is called a tribute to South Texas cuisine and features items such as shrimp cocktail and ceviche as appetizers, tacos, short rib quesadillas. Cilantro-marinated halibut, green chile and chicken enchiladas and a Sonoran crispy hot dogs are also on the menu. Dinner prices range from $9 to $38.
