[applause] [captions Copyright National cable satellite corp. 2014] [captioning performed by national captioning institute] ladies and gentlemen, welcome back. After what i think was an extraordinary first session, and a truncated break, for which i apologize, we will begin the second session with five additional panelists. Our transitional panelist is jay vogelson. He has a foot in both caps. He was staff member on the Warren Commission and is a dallas lawyer. Begin, similar to the first panel, a description of his esperance with the commission. Then i am asking the second panel to do two things. One is that they have collated and organized the questions, but they also come at the questions for members of the Commission Staff, from their own individual areas of expertise. They have their own questio

Enforcement arena . Thats a great question thank you and i think for Law Enforcement is probably the easiest to solve because you simply say these are the rules for whether or not you can engage with the uas and whether that evidence can be a committed into a hearing because obviously the point upon enforcement is to stop crime and the only way to stop crime is to convict and the only way to to convict is to use admissible evidence so thats Pretty Simple to say this is not allowed and you have rulemaking and people vote on it. The stickier point is the guy that is not being regulators the hobbyists using the systems to peek into somebodys window and a lot of people have those concerns and they are valid concerns but i would harkin this back to when phone manufacturer starting putting cameras in cell phones. People were very concerned about this. Sam song is a matter of fact there was a rule you could not have a camera equipped phone on the campus of samsung. Obviously every single empl
Guest that is a big one. Theodore roosevelt would be not surprised because he battled the very conservative views that are now prevalent all his life. He was republican and terribly popular but not with the right wing of his party. He built a great democratic machine which has largely broken up waiver, much weaker than it was before, and he had always the solid south. Very different. I think that they would both be surprised at what has happened to there party. Franklin would probably recognize. He would feel more at home in all its constituent parts and diversity of minority and said he can progressive and all of that. I think theodore would also recognize and understand. The other was to level the playing field. The interested already begun to take over and there was big business. People who were

It is raining outside, so i am very glad to see a lot of people out tonight. I want to tell you a few years ago i escorted somebody into the white house. His name was major ed ross, the same name the general robert ross who burned the white house. He was a descendent. One can see the scorch marks i told him were there. They are under the front door. There is a big stone archway where you can see massive scorch marks from the fires set by the british in 1814. The pastry chef who has his offices close by could not stop giggling. He thought here is a man who has come to finish the job. [laughter] i like to write stories that are epic, true, and sad. People
