FOXNEWS Special Report With Bret Baier March 31, 2022 22:57:00

improper conduct that doesn t rise to the level of a crime and quite candidly, bret, it is not up to republicans or democrats to provide information to the media. the reason media has separate in our culture they are supposed to go find this out. if you ain t looking for it, you are not going to find it and keep in mind it was adam schiff and others in the intelligence committee who told us this was all russian disinformation. so, i mean i guess my question to the media is you don t ever seem to need an investigation to report on republican wrongdoing why are you waiting on senator johnson or senator grassley to do your work. if something wrong happened, go figure it out yourself. bret: howie, what about the drip of this information? do you think this is going to all come out? are these news organizations doing some of this because they are just finding it or is it because it s ahead of some action that may be coming? i think they woke up to the fact that there is an active

parents response or lack of response when the school brought to their attention the drawing and the warning. those are the three pillars of the case. legally i think it s a justified charge but it s not an easy win. what about the school there? i will say, she said they haven t made any decisions yet but her body language was i m focused on the parents not the school. she said the school had grounds to search the backpack. it s low bar to search a backpack or locker. we know from the supreme court, reasonable suspicion. i also think it s unlikely she would charge the school with a criminal offense here. because they had grounds to do it, the act of not doing it doesn t necessarily make it illegal. right, that may fall under negligence but to me it doesn t rise to criminal nemgs. there are situations all the time where schools may or may not want to search or need to search and we can say they should have but i just think it s a bit of a stretch to say that school administrator

where the world is taking out as much carbon from the atmosphere as it s putting into it, by the middle of the century. so the 200 countries being represented here at cop26 are being asked for their specific plans to meet that goal. the success of this conference will be based partly on countries willingness to outdo each other when it comes to emission reduction. the uk s net zero strategy has been widely praised. the government has promised to fully decarbonise our electricity supply by 2035, and to phase out the sale of petrol and diesel cars by 2030. but some countries have much more ambitious goals. costa rica, a country that has committed to phasing out fossil fuels completely, is urging richer nations to do more. the fact that costa rica is a small country with limited resources, and yet has been able to put forward very ambitious plans. if we are doing it, you countries that are larger than us, larger economies, better resources, there is no excuse, you have to do it too.
