illegitimate exercise and as if the president was their client. forget the congressional job of oversight of the executive. i don t think that is fair at all and what we did is make it clear to the american people what the mueller report found and esther mueller confirmed it. he found no collusion between the trump campaign and russia, he stated that multiple times because it is in the report multiple times and when pressed on obstruction he stated because i even asked him you can t make up this terminology that we are going to exonerate somebody or choosing not to exonerate somebody, you have the duty to make a prosecutorial decision or declination decision, you decided not to prosecute the president to make a recommendation to prosecute the president regardless of the opinion that doesn t indict the president, you can recommend charges be filed or that he broke certain laws and here s the facts and evidence to support that and he didn t do that and in my opinion the american people
not have ability to exonerate, that crushs the democrats. juan: you know, i disagree, greg. it seems to me he s the special counsel, not like a prosecutor in your hometown who indicts or doesn t indict, goes to the grand jury and gets the charge or doesn t. he s a special counsel and under his mandate, he was to give a report and by the way, supposed to be a private report, it was up to the attorney general bill barr to release it, bill barr released it, as much as he thought was appropriate and he said, i don t find the conspiracy and by the way, i thought you guys were going to hit mueller on the fact he couldn t distinguish conspiracy from collusion. greg: we ll get there, long show. juan: i m saying, i think what he had in his hand was to say, one, this is headline out of today, guess what, yes, the president can be indicted.

michael flynn. it just seems overwhelming. i think there were more than 800 federal prosecutors, that his former colleagues of the attorney general, who came out and said add when they read the redacted version of the report, they are convinced that this would be brought as an obstruction of justice prosecution and an indictment in federal court against anybody other than the president and the special counsel says out of deference to the rule that the doj doesn t indict is the president, we ll kick it over to the house of representatives. so what is an impeachment, an impeachment is an indict by the house of representatives that goes over to the senate and then there s a trial over there. so i think the pressure is building. you know, we understand that it s not an up or down vote. a lot of people say are you for or against impeachment. the question is are you for an impeachment inquiry. do you think there s enough evidence to suggest there were high krips and misdemeanors
