The police force. Now they want him fired. Police released the 28 second clip of squad camera video showing the moment jay anderson junior was shot and killed by a Police Officer joseph mensah. Moments earlier the officer requested backup after seeing a gun on the passenger seat of andersons car as he approached him in maddison park. Anderson was intoxicated and high on marijuana. Backup andersons hands up and mensah opened fire six times. Andersons family maintained their son followed orders. My son was not lunging for a gun. And they said his hands were moving.
