Nbc bay areas Sergio Quintana is in san jose with the story. Reporter Santa Clara County Public Health officials have been among the most cautious in the bay area. Next week theyre planning on releasing a list of businesses that will be allowed to reopen just as other counties are pulling back on the reins.
