Occurred on february 14 in the 4500 block of torrey pines court. That is in the south division of the Charlotte Mecklenburg police department. Homicide detectives developed probable cause and made an arrest. The subject arrest side mrs. Feldmans son, irwin j. Feldman. The detectives have detectives have continued to work on this case since the day it occurred. And like i said, they developed probable cause to make this arrest today. I would love to get into a lot of specifics. But what i can say is numerous interviews and physical evidence led us to this point where we made this arrest today.
