Amazon.Com NV Investment Holdings LLC. The matter will anyway end up here. Why don t we finish hearing , Justice Nariman said at the outset when the matter was taken.
The SC-bench said that it will stay the proceedings in the High Court and will hear the matter. The matter will be listed on May 4. Parties have been directed to complete their pleadings by then.

New Delhi, April 19 : The Supreme Court on Monday stayed the proceedings before the single judge and division bench of the Delhi High court on the Amazon-Future deal.
A bench headed by Justice R F Nariman and comprising Justices B R Gavai and Hrishikesh Roy said the matter will be finally decided by the top court.
On April 8, Amazon had moved the top court against the Delhi High Court s division bench order, which vacated a stay on Kishore Biyani-led Future Group proceeding with its Rs 24,713 crore asset sale to Reliance Industries.

NEW DELHI: Reliance Retail Ventures, the retail arm of Reliance Industries, has extended the timeline for six months to complete its Rs 24,713 crore deal with Kishore Biyani-led future group to buy its retail and wholesale business.
Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd (RRVL) has extended the timeline for the Long Stop Date from March 31, 2021 to September 30, 2021, said a regulatory filing by Future Retail.
