Apr 15, 2021 The competition was adjudged by a jury of judges on the basis of originality, creativity, aesthetic presentation and relevance to the theme. The duo of Poonam Mehra & Sapna Sharma bagged first position, Manjeet Kumar-Priya Sharma bagged second position, whereas Sakshi Raina was adjudged third best by the jury of judges. DIC, Budgam organises Seminar for civil service aspirants in the district
