Additionally, the courthouse will be illuminated with teal lights to show support to victims of sexual assault. One in five women have experienced rape or attempted rape in their lifetime. One in 60 seven men have experience rape or attempted rape in their lifetime. Every 98 seconds an American is sexually assaulted. CHS Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame Seeking Nominees

CHS Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame Seeking Nominees The “Cambridge High School Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame” Committee is seeking nominees for the 27th Hall of Fame induction.  All nominees must be graduates of Cambridge High School and have graduated at least seven years ago class of 2014 or older. The Committee is looking for graduates who have achieved a high degree of success in their careers; who have made significant contributions in their fields; and who have played an important role in their communities and society in general. Anyone is eligible to nominate a candidate by completing nomination and information forms. Newest Watertown school district Hall of Achievement inductees announced

WATERTOWN — Since 2001, the Watertown City School District has inducted 51 individuals into its Distinguished Alumni Hall of Achievement. Nine more inductees were announced Tuesday night. The hall’s primary objectives are to recognize and celebrate the achievements of Watertown High School graduates by honoring those who have attained a high level of distinction in their lives and provide positive role models for students of the district. “The work was very challenging this year, as it always is, and I think that’s a real testimony to the great accomplishments of all of our alums and I expect many more in many years to come,” said Rande Richardson, Hall of Achievement committee chair and a 1988 Watertown graduate. “We had an impressive showing of nominations when we were looking at them.”
