Now, yesterday, the white house budget director called on congress to increase funding for the u. S. Forest service. For years, the Obama Administration has been pushing to allow the Forest Service to dip into a Disaster Fund when its firefighting allotment has been used up. Lawmakers have not been able to come to an agreement. Some say it cut into funds for hurricanes. Others suggest firefighters wont be as responsible if they have the emergency funds to fall back on. Yesterday, we started other off cloudy for most everybody. We had some mostly sunny partly cloudy skies. See how that is clipping. Eureka, arcada. Crescent city. One more system has to move through.
