georgia. it has been an exhausting four years. yes biden is a boring guy but he is going to win foelton because he is a boring old guy and not perceived as radical. then from wisconsin, he likes putting on glasses and eating ice cream. when you look at biden you say that s my grandpa. those voters were 38 years old and 24 years old. that is part of the chaj for the white house. they believe the younger voters are with them on the issues. the campaign is very aware they have to target young voters, and black voters some of whom are still turning out but not the same big numbers. same thing as latino voters which republicans have been trying to pull support from. they are not going into this completely blind to the big task ahead but if you look at the nbc poll the one thing the administration and the campaign, the imminent campaign is looking as a positive is that trump s disapproval ratings are still significantly lower than biden s. to your point, what they really want to be able to
