A criminal complaint reveals the victim reed carlsen was shot three times before he died. The alleged shooter, randall drescher, told police his friend asked him to go along for protection while he bought a shotgun. The transaction was supposed to take place outside of district 6 Police Station last thursday. Drescher says he was sitting in the van when carlsen walked up and asked if they were cops.
