New Delhi [India], May 18 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Tuesday issued notice to the Centre and Delhi government on a plea seeking to ensure all COVID-19 tests are conducted by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) accredited, Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) approved and registered pathological labs as the labs of NCT of Delhi are not conforming to the directions or orders of the Supreme Court.
The bench of Justice DN Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh response from all the respondents and listed the matter for July 30 along with the ongoing pending PIL case filed by the same petitioner.
New Delhi [India], May 15 (ANI): A petition was filed in the Delhi High Court seeking an immediate direction to the respondents for ensuring that all pathological tests pertaining to COVID-19 must be conducted by NABL accredited, ICMR approved and registered pathological labs as the labs of NCT of Delhi are not conforming to the Directions/Orders of the Supreme Court.

New Delhi [India], January 6 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Wednesday asked the AAP-led government to file its response over a plea seeking direction to ensure the immediate implementation of the Health Bill 2019 of the Government of Delhi or the Clinical Establishment Act 2010.
The plea states that illegal pathological labs are unrestrainedly thriving in the absence of any regulation across the national capital, which poses a threat to the safety of common citizens.
The division Bench of Justice DN Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh on Wednesday adjourned the hearing till January 29 on account of the death of the father of the Delhi government s counsel.
