Infinix has unleashed another mid-range smartphone. Building on the Zero Ultra and the Zero 20, the Infinix Hot 20 5G combines the MediaTek Dimensity 810 with 4 GB of RAM, 128 GB of storage and a 5,000 mAh battery. The Infinix Hot 20 5G comes in three colours and retails for US$179.90.
Vivo has introduced the Y77 5G, a mid-range smartphone launched in China ahead of a Malaysian release. Launched for CNY 1,299 (~US$195), the Vivo Y77 5G has a MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of expandable storage, among other features. The Vivo Y77 5G ships with Android 12, too.

In this case, the acronym refers to the fact that it has the better refresh (and charging) rate of the two. They both also have different processors, albeit similar specs otherwise.
