Reporter prosecutors wont say what they will ask for but they will point out that knott did not deny 2 victim a trial in the case. He has the triegt ask for whatever he wants. Use common sense. She exercised the constitutional right. She went to trial. Thats her right. I hope its not at the point in this country where we punish people for doing what the constitution says we can. Reporter now knott was found guilty of four out of ten counts. She was not convicted of a felony. Both sides are claiming victory in this case. Her sentencing is scheduled for february 8. Just a short time ago we heard from the victims camp. Were told their sons fine with the verdict and they hoped knott would have taken a plea deal. They did not want a trial.
