Crash now in hayward. Kari, this is where i hate to start the morning with the deadly crash we had to report off the nimitz freeway in hayward. The Speed Sensors around the bay and not a lot of slowing including here although we do have two lanes that will be half of your northbound direction. Closed for a period of time this morning. In just a short time ago we did have lanes reopen. This is just knot of industrial parkway. But bob redell is out there at the scene because, bob, even though the lanes are clear the investigation continues. What do you have out there . Well, good morning to you, mike. Even though chp and the wreckers have removed the vehicles from the lanes of traffic at northbound 880 at industrial boulevard you can see that the vehicles that were involved in this fatal collision are still on the scene. Youre looking at a box truck. That box truck around 2 00 this morning had three men in the cab and they unfortunately collided into the rear of a disabled big rig. This

This crash scene just north of industrial way. Its getting by in just two lanes. Half the freeway is blocked by this deadly crash. This is impacting the freeway traffic flow at the scene.
