It’s a conjugation of the word nikuv, to say that you were screwed. For example, “Are you trying to nikuv me?” or “I just got a flat tire on my way to this meeting, I’m so nikuved!” Nikuv in Hebrew means poking a hole or punching, as in a punched card, but no Zimbabwean knows what that word actually means in Hebrew. All they know is that an Israeli company with that name screwed them over in the latest elections.
