BISMARCK Former North Dakota Rep. Luke Simons has decided not to file a lawsuit to the state Supreme Court over his expulsion from the House chamber.
Simons said Thursday, March 11, that while the sexual harassment allegations levied against him are lies and his removal proceedings lacked due process, he won t try to regain his seat.
