The negotiations between bart Union Workers and management resumed this morning with help from a state mediator. This morning is the last time theyll meet before the contract expires at 11 59 tonight. No word when talks resume this morning, but the two unions are beforehand. They will meet in half an hour at 9 a. M. A. Etu meets at 11. About 2600 workers say they will go on strike if they dont have a deal. We have that threat hanging over our head for some time, and Union Leaders spent more than 13 hours at the table yesterday and went home without a deal just after 11 30 last night.
