Munson Healthcare Chief Marketing and Communications Officer Dianne Michalek has released a statement on their mask policy following the recent CDC and State of Michigan mask policy changes during the coronavirus pandemic.
According to Michalek, “At Munson Healthcare our universal masking policy remains unchanged for clinical spaces, as the updated guidelines communicated by the CDC and State of Michigan do not apply to healthcare facilities. Michalek continued, “We invite anyone visiting our facilities to go to our website, munsonhealthcare.org, to read our full masking policy. We continue to encourage everyone to get vaccinated to help slow the spread of COVID-19.”

Some pregnant women may have questions about getting the vaccine, doctors say, but should be encouraged by their healthcare providers as evidence for its safety mounts.
