downtown area about 9:30 last night. then [ inaudible ] gunned down in north oakland. kraig debro here now with more on these attacks. good morning. reporter: good morning, dave. all is quiet now. this is very close to the intersection of 14th and broadway, across from the oakland city center. the shooting happened right here at this t mobile according to police at 9:30 last night as you said dave. police said there were two men here and they got into an argument and 1 man pulled out a gun and shot the other person at least twice. that victim managed to go to a local store before he collapsed on the floor or night next to the doorway. the victim is described as a 27- year-old oakland man, he went to the hospital and had surgery but did not survive. the gunman escaped on foot and right now police are still questioning witnesses as of late last night. the other happened an hour later to 90 minutes later. this one happened near martin luther king and eddie street in o
