Two wild mithuns wreak havoc at Nagrijuli, 8 people injured in attack

BAKSA: Amidst the joy of Rongali Bihu, two wild mithuns created terror in Sahpur village of Nagrijuli in the district of Baksa on Friday.
The villagers said that the two mithuns strayed into the village in the morning. People gathered to see them. The two mithuns became aggressive and attacked people. A police team led by Nagrijuli police station in-charge Manoj Das reached Sahpur immediately after getting information. On the other hand, a forest team led by Ranger Pranab Das from Kumarikata forest range office as well as a team of forest officials of Tamulpur forest range office reached the village.
