Deyan Robert Luetzen, 19, Minot, is accused of forcing his way into a home on Friday evening, grabbing a woman there by the hair and striking her in the face.
He is charged in district court in Minot with Class C felony criminal trespass and Class B misdemeanor simple assault. He was scheduled to make an initial appearance on the charges on Monday before Judge Richard Hagar.
According to the probable cause affidavit filed with the court, the alleged victim is known to Luetzen and there had been an ongoing conflict between them leading up to the break-in and assault. Luetzen had gone over to the residence to find someone else but the resident of the home had not given Luetzen permission to enter.
