It happened at 5th and market in San Francisco near the powell street bart station. This was one of the cruise cars that are in use across the city. San Francisco Fire Department tells me about 9 30 tonight they received a call of a person trapped underneath a vehicle. They come out here and they see this vehicle and underneath the rear tire was a woman. They had to use jaws of life to lift the vehicle to get her out of there. She is in very bad shape.
