What was supposed to be fun weekend at a carnival in chicago ends with six children being taken to the hospital. The carnival roller coaster called the dragon wagon abruptly stopped, and thats when those six kids hit their heads on the ride. According to police, the victim and suspect who have a 3yearold daughter together were driving in the area when at about 5 30 the victim got out of the car with the daughter.
