perception of justice being done here and local prosecutor in texas or florida deciding to bring a case against a democratic president. people accuse donald trump of doing it, it normalizes deviant behavior. it is prosecutorial overreach and political considerations and once you open that door it s difficult to close and it will inspire, if that s the word, other prosecutors and other jurisdictions to bring cases that are politically motivated and use this to justify that conduct. paul: how do we shut that door? one ways to get this case dismissed and hopefully with a strong admonition from whichever court dismisses it that this is not the way to do it. paul: donald trump s indictment shaking up the political landscape.
