[applause] james graduated from the Naval Academy in 1976. And extraordinary stations along the way including Combatant Commander of Us Central Command and Southern Command from 20062009. And allied supreme commander. And masters of law and diplomacy and subsequently went on after his retirement from the navy. He is the author ten books and also an operating executive with the Carlyle Group with the venture capitalist in the United States, chair boards of the councils at the mccarty associates, one of the most treasured guests i have on my radio show and im leaving a campaign to get him on the board of at least one and hopefully three tech companies, facebook and amazon in their discussions with a view from someone knowledgeable.
