MARQUETTE Turkey sandwiches as holiday food leftovers usually pass the late-night refrigerator raid test, but maybe people want to get a little more creative with all that uneaten food.
To give them a few ideas, holiday cooking was the subject of the latest digital event in the “Northern Now” series given Wednesday by the Northern Michigan University Alumni Association for alumni and friends.
