We were here this evening when there was one protestor who was arrested. Apparently he was pepper sprayed. Let me tell you what happened first. You know the curfew was in effect. And police they told people they had to get off the streets. Theres a helicopter circling above telling people you must go home you must go home. There was a crowd over in the corner. And i personally saw bottles being thrown across the intersection. You could hear them smashing onto the pavement.
