This is because Fairfax County schools say they will define a new State Guidelines that require students to participate in activities consistent with their gender at birth. That means School Officials will also not follow guidelines that require official to inform parents if their child asks to change the name, or their gender identification. They will also allow students to play on sports teams in new facilities they believe best match with their socalled gender expression.
