It isnt just for wealthy people, but there is that impression, and there is impression among members that its hard to have two homes, raise a family, and all the rest. No. I think what is an issue in our country is revolving door largely spinning madly in the executive branch as we see it now. Look at people in the department the secretaries in the cabinet.
