There has been a 15% improvement in attendance in the eight Rajya Sabha committees while the sittings have seen a jump of 16% in terms of duration, according to data from official sources. The Standing Committee for education, women, children, youth and sports, headed by BJP MP Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, has the best record on these two counts.
