An all out manhunt is underway for the man wanted in connection with a triple murder in Austin on Sunday. Interim Austin Police Chief Joseph Chacon says police have identified a possible suspect as Steven Broderick. Police say he s accused of opening fire late this morning inside an apartment complex on the northwest part of the city. Two women and a man died in the domestic violence-related shooting near Great Hills Trail and Rain Creek. Police lifted the shelter-in-place order for residents in the neighborhood saying the search for the suspect was now going to widen out as a fugitive manhunt. The 41-year-old Broderick is described as being 41 years of age, black male who is 5 feet and 7 inches tall. Broderick is a former detective in the Travis County Sheriff s Department.
