I located where the fire is coming from. We went downstairs. Turned the corner. And saw the body of the fire. This is just training session. The cameras also caught this real life brush fire. Apartment fire. And when they had to rescue a horse stuck in the mud. The videos are cool to watch. Theres a good reason south metro started shooting them. Firefighters are using body cam. A lot like athletes use game to see what went wrong and what went right. Firefighters are very task saturated. They have a lot going on. Its literally changing the way they fight fire. This november. 9news reporter Maya Rodriguez is here to catch us up on a couple of potrelated issues. Supporters call it the Denver Neighborhood approved Cannabis Consumption pilot program. Its a mouthful, but this is the heart of it, asking voters whether pot use should be expanded into new or existing businesses as long as it gets the neighborhoods approval. Now the supporters of the proposal delivered 10,800 signatures to the denver businesses to provide a space for people 21 and over to consume marijuana and marijuana related products out of view from the public. They say theyre trying to address the issue that while Recreational Marijuana is legal in colorado, not everyone can smoke it where they live because of landlord restrictions and the like. All this while still complying with the Clean Indoor Air act by having people light up either on a rooftop deck or patio.
