Arrests made in sealed drug charges FacebookTwitterEmail EDWARDSVILLE Drug-related charges brought by the Alton Police Department last week were unsealed Wednesday as suspects were brought into custody. A number of drug-related cases were filed July 23 by the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office and the files were sealed. On July 28 three cases were unsealed. Dennis B. McIntire, 43, of Alton, was charged with unlawful delivery of methamphetamine a Class 2 felony. According to court documents, on Feb. 22 McIntire allegedly delivered less than five grams of methamphetamine to a confidential informant. Bail was set at $40,000. Lance M. Gold, 63, of East Alton, was charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, a Class 2 felony. On May 14 Gold allegedly delivered fentanyl to a confidential informant.
