Joking aside, we are passionate about how Sioux Centerâs local government and utility leadership is set up to collaborate. So bear with us if we get long-winded â this is a favorite subject of ours. The city of Sioux Center is among a limited number of communities that have their general government and municipal utilities both under the direction of the city council. Historically, this has made all the difference for Sioux Center, and it still does.
