Musical entertainer Katherine Dines, of Hunk-Ta-Bunk-Ta, had children singing, dancing and playing at Sterling Public Library’s Summer Reading Program kickoff program on Tuesday. Children, teens and adults can register anytime this summer to participate in the program and turn in reading time to win prizes. The library will begin offering weekly programs next week.
